Zaio/Clarocity Corp….. Only “acquired substantially [does not equal all] all the assets and certain liabilities of Valuation Vision.” The original Purchase agreement for the company was resigned simply as an ASSET/Liabilities purchase agreement ONLY. Wholly owned my ass… Most of the valuable IP was not acquired by ZAIO/Clarocity Corp.  Hence it is not owned today by Clarocity Corp or any of its subsidiaries.    COPELAND, DURBIN, MOHLER, JAMES…… MAESTRO(s) are the best people to ask about what assets did they keep for themselves? While you’re at it, ask these PIXIES where has all the $ gone from shareholders.
